The firm was established in 2011 and has specialised in corporate client services from the very beginning. We work with large international capital groups, listed companies and smaller companies, including family businesses. Our clients are active in the energy, real estate, transport, gaming and medical sectors, among others.
The development of the Firm is based on a very simple principle: professionalism. The means to this end is, among other things, specialisation, which allows us to provide legal advice at the highest level.
The founder of the Office is attorney-at-law Kamil Popiołek. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He completed postgraduate studies in real estate trading and valuation at the same university, where he dealt with issues related to developer agreements. He completed his legal training within the training organised by the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice. He specialises, in particular, in comprehensive legal services for enterprises, including as an "in-house lawyer", as well as an expert in corporate law within the framework of his law firm.
We are primarily engaged in providing ongoing support to businesses, both in terms of the application of the law and business advice. Very often, we support our clients from the very beginning of their business. This is because we regard knowledge of the law as a start on the road to success.
